DESCRIPTION:

The AAA is a new league that is purely a stratergy league which deals with startergy and tactical games. Current games are; C&C, RedAlert, HeavyGear, Starcraft and Total Annhilation. Other games coming may be Tiberian Sun and Age of Empires. The AAA operates within Multiplay Australia click here to goto multiplay and sorry to say only allows TEN players in so as to be familiar with each other, have regular contact, have decent lag, play & communicate on a unoversal platform and be in a common time zone. To join goto the join section for the applications and rules and regulations.

AIMS:

For our members to play games when they want to while also functioning like a clan and have its structure.

RANKINGS:

The AAA will be placed on a sort or paramilitary structure to seperate skilled veteran players from the new rookie members. Rankings also give a level of achievement and more authourity to deserving league members and gives more control over league members, activites and structure. To earn ranking members must fill certain criteria associated with the particular rank. A member is first assigned the lowest rank and work their way up through the promotion ladder as the league see's fit.

Rankings and criteria follow as such:

Private: All members who join up will be assigned this rank, it is up to them to advance.

Corpral: A Corpral must show more skill than a private by acheiveing 10 wins at a game which is required for promotion.

Sergeant: A Sergeant now has a responsibility to lead the lower ranks in battle while following orders from superiors. A total of 25 wins is required for this rank.

Sergeant-Major: The Sergeant-major is the last of the enlisted personell ranks,a number of 40 wins is needed for promotion.

Ensign: A junior officer in league ranks, has the perks of an officer but with less responsiblity and commitment. An Ensign requires a total 60 wins and promotion approvement from the recruitment, intelligence and training officers.

Lieutenant: A Lt like an Ensign, Sergant-major and a Sergant is required to lead the lower ranks in battle while being an example of leadership and skill. Once reaching Lt,a member will attend Officer meetings and peform other officer duties. A number of 75 wins is required for this position.

Captain: This position has the same duties as a Lt, but Captains will be looked upon as the main leader in a battle-usually a Captain will be an active member and will get the most wins, units killed and time playing. 90 wins are needed for this rank.

Major: Field activities become a lesser part of a Major's service and this promotion will only be granted if there are ble Captains and Lt's to take thier place. As a Major, this is the last rank that will not need more authourisation to be promoted. Majors will be assigned more authoritive postions such as Security Officer, Tactics Officer etc. Majors will take place at offical meeting also. To become a Major 120 wins are needed and an authourisation from the training officer.

Colonel: A Cournel's authority is second only to the Commander's. A Cournel may organise any type of meeting and/or operation that can be vetoed only by a Commander or challenged by another Cournel. By this time a person worthy of this promotion is known as an excellent warrior and leader who needs no win requirements but must meet approval by the security officer, training officer, all other Cournels and any Commanders. A transfer to a Cournel position can be requistioned from the rank of Major and brought to officer panel.

Commander: A Commander's authority cannot be challenged inless completely unothodox. The Commander is responsible for the functioning of the league making sure all the officers are doing their jobs, orgainising events and traning sessions and can can take attempts at inter-league deplomcay. A Commander is uniamously voted into the position by all members in the league--a person worthy of commander will be nominated by someone and then a poll will be setup.

SPECIAL POSITIONS:

No matter what rank a member is, a special duty or postion may be authorised by the Officers. An immediated filed position can be made by Cournel's and Commanders. These postions's include:

Field Captain: The field Captains duty is to command in battle when and officer or the Sergeant's are not presant or if a member show's promise but does not have the postions requirements.

Duelist: A unit's best member (maybe a specialist) is chosen to represent the unit in a 1 v 1 match, it is an honourable position and a Duelist may join Officer and selected Official meetings.

Specialists: A specialist is the best person in the league at a certain game who are the first choice for engaging in a battle of their specialty game. Specialists also help at training sessions and secialists are usually a unit's duelist.

SCORING:

When a member joins, their present wins on their profiles is ignored-unless positions higher up have to be filled. Their current total is recoreded and the counting begins, subtracting that inital number from their new win number Eg:

Start: 5 wins

4 weeks later: 16 wins

subtract 5
 16-5 = 11 wins

11 wins is a promotion to Corpral.

A win in any supported games is one standard win - no game is different in win value from the other.

**This goes for all calculations in order to promote**

OFFICER POSITIONS:

Once a member attains the rank of Major they are rewarded with a chance to prove their leadership and capability outside the battlefield--although that is of prime importance! There are other jobs that need to be taken care of to maintain top league effeciency and intelligence. These postitions may also be filled by lower and higher ranks if there is not enough Majors for the job. Although Major's after being promoted retain their position, it becomes of less importance.

These positions include:

Training Officer: This officer is responsibile for training all members at scheduled sessions and if members need extra help. There must be a good reason for non-attendance or non-compliance. The Training officer will also test a new recruits skills before admitting them into the league.

Recruiting Officer: Although all members can recruit, once they are recruited the officer will will monitor the progress of members and note their performance too see wheaher training is needed or a promotion/award is to be given. This officer will also assist new members in the league.

Security Officer: The Security Officer is responsible to ensure that tactics, plans and codes are kept secure, and to monitor games and battle reports to see if they are being countered or used against members. Then to find and shutdown the leak. If plans and codes are being known the Security Officer will report the need for changes and can offer alternatives. This officer also has the power to question other members.

Intelligence Officer: The Intelligence Officer will ensure that members are loyal to the clan, so the Intelligence Officer's position is not posted to anyone except the member and the Commander. The Intelligence Officer will also act as a 'spy' gaining information on leagues that are potential targets or allies and just the general multiplay community. The Intelligence Officer also has the power to question people which is comminicated through other means--not directly.

Tactics & Stratergy Officer: This officer is tasked with desgining new tactics for the league to use, placing new RV's (Rendivourous points), code words and tactics in games. They work closely with the Security and Intelligence officers.

Diplomat: Is the speaker of the league, they will usually be a moderator at meetings and will talk about league matters with the Multiplay community and AAA members. The Diplomat will also endose inter-league relations by forming allys with other leagues and converting enemies if possible.

Warefare Officer: Working with the Tactics & Stratergy, Intelligence officers and the diplomats the Warefare Officer will pick leagues worthy of a challenge and pick battlemaps, startergies and codes to be presented at the War Cabinet.

MEETINGS:

There are 3 types of meetings, each ones has restriction levels and condiotions upon it.

These are:

GENERAL ASSEMBLY: This is attended by all league members if able to discuss general matters such as new members, training schedules, policy updates, league wars and battle reports. These are done in an empty multiplay channle.

OFFICER MEETINGS: These are attended by members of the rank of Lt and up. These meetings will discuss matters such as member activity, explusion of members, new promotions, prelude to league wars, policy updates, officer reccomendations and also unit status reports. These are done in an empty multiplay channle.

OFFICAL MEETINGS: These are slplit into different categories and are sttended by members with the rank Major and upwards.

1. Intelligence Updates- If a new league or clan has been made or there are reports of a disloyalty or new information before a War Cabinet.

2. Diplomatic- If negociations with other leagues fail or suceed, beginning of negociations are organised too, along with the adding and explusion of allies and updates of enemies.

3. War Cabinet- Before a planned battle begins the high offocers meet and discuss the coming event based on intelligence on the league, players and maps to find weaknesses, decide which stratergies to use and codings. Any Offical meetings can be done through ICQ chat and a War Cabinet is strongly recommended.

*Any officer leaking information from a 'secured' meeting (Decided by the Commander) will be immediatly demoted and never achive special or officer postions.

UNITS:

To break down the command structure, when member volume increases it will be made to maintain order within the ranks, A usual unit can contain 3-6 people with a higher ranking member commanding the unit. In the case of a lack of officers the member with the highest rank will command a unit. AT this presant time each unit has 2 members (8 members in total).

EG.
  Unit Commander   Officer
  Unit 2nd in command   Officer
Unit member   Enlisted or lower officer
Unit member   Enlisted or lower officer

A unit may make up a name and pick a number from 1-99 and may design a logo to designate their unit--up to the unit to decide
